We have added another model to the smart GLE portfolio: the Smart GLE 5 center speaker. The active center speaker is a perfect match for our Smart GLE 9 floorstanding speakers and Smart GLE 3 compact speakers. It can also be combined with all other models in our large Smart family and used as the center of a powerful home cinema system. With 350 watts of power from the integrated Class D amplifier, the Smart GLE 5 center speaker is very well equipped to keep up dynamically even with floorstanding speakers and to deliver the very best speech intelligibility in all situations.

With its visually discreet design, our Smart GLE 5 blends harmoniously into any living room ambience. The attractive center is available with a white foiled cabinet and white lacquered baffle. Alternatively, you can choose the ash black foiled housing with a black lacquered front. Would you prefer to conceal the attractive technology? No problem - simply place the sound-transparent fabric cover in front of the speakers and enjoy the excellent sound.

Once you have found the ideal location for the 45.5 x 17.5 x 31 cm center, for example on a rack below the TV, all you have to do is connect it to the power supply and connect it to a source or other smart speakers - that's it! There are numerous analog and digital inputs to choose from. You can also stream music via Bluetooth or connect a computer to the USB port. The best possible sound quality is ensured by apt-X decoding, XMOS certification and balanced XLR audio inputs.

For the brand new Smart GLE 5, we use the best technical components from the GLE top sellers and add the latest features and state-of-the-art technology from our current Smart speakers. In the closed cabinet, two 160 mm aluminum drivers ensure deep bass and balanced mids. Thanks to the high power amplifier output and the clever electronics, the center plays down incredibly low. Our tried-and-tested 25 mm dome tweeter with aluminum-manganese cone, on the other hand, reaches up to the very highest pitches with the finest detail resolution. Thanks to the transmission front plate, the dispersion characteristics are also excellent, which ensures a detailed sound image from all seats.
