Statutory Warranty Rights

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by our voluntary guarantees. These rights apply against the seller and exist independently of whether an additional voluntary manufacturer's guarantee is provided by us.

The statutory warranty period for new goods is generally at least two years. Further information on your statutory warranty rights can be found in the legally required EU notice on statutory warranty rights.

Voluntary Manufacturer's Guarantee

In addition to the statutory warranty rights, we provide a voluntary manufacturer's guarantee of 5 years for all passive loudspeakers. For passive loudspeakers of the current Reference series, we provide a voluntary manufacturer's guarantee of 10 years. Active and semi-active loudspeakers as well as electronic products are covered by a 2-year guarantee.

The guarantee period begins on the date stated on the purchase invoice. The guarantee is not limited to the original purchaser. If the product is transferred or sold within the guarantee period, the subsequent owner may make use of the remaining guarantee period, provided that the requirements of the guarantee conditions are met. Proof of purchase is required in order to make a guarantee claim.

The guarantee does not cover, in particular, damage caused by external influences, improper or abusive use, failure to observe safety precautions, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repair attempts or harmful environmental influences.

The purchaser's statutory rights remain unaffected.
